Growth isn't just about numbers – it's about the people who make ambitious plans actually happen. As Ultumus continues to expand, we're bringing in the expertise to match that ambition.
We've recently welcomed eight new colleagues whose combined experience spans decades in fintech, payments, capital markets technology, and global infrastructure delivery. What connects them? They're all people who've built things that scale.
Leading from the platform side, Peter Hall arrives as Atlas Solutions Architect with over 30 years transforming financial technology platforms and scaling global engineering teams across capital markets – the kind of deep expertise that turns technical complexity into competitive advantage. Atlas is our central user interface bringing together index and ETF data, analytics, and workflow tools in one place.
On the delivery front, Sean Niven steps in as Global Head of DevOps to orchestrate our infrastructure across continents. With 25 years in IT and nearly two decades at S&P Global building enterprise-scale infrastructures, he knows what it takes to keep complex systems running globally. Mandy McLean joins as Senior Project Manager with nearly 20 years managing complex projects, including 14 years in payments. Her job is to translate ambition into delivery plans that work, coordinating between product teams, developers, and clients whilst keeping everyone aligned.
Strengthening our domain expertise, Begoña Pérez joins as ETF Specialist to guide the Analyst team in London. With deep experience across both ETFs and indices, she brings the market knowledge that ensures our technical capabilities stay grounded in what the industry actually needs. Emmanuel Kufoalor joins the Operations team in London, bringing experience in capital markets operations and a strong analytical foundation. Delina Michael joins the London team, bringing relationship management expertise and meticulous attention to detail – the kind of cross-disciplinary skills that sharpen our approach to complex data and client requirements.
Meanwhile in Singapore, Isaac Teo and Enmin Zhang join the Operations team as Analysts, strengthening our Asia-Pacific hub. Isaac brings regional research and treasury analysis experience, while Enmin adds hands-on expertise in ETF and index data analysis with strong technical skills across Python, SQL, and API-based data workflows – exactly the profiles needed as we scale our data operations in the region.
What these hires signal isn't just headcount growth, it's strategic capability building. We're adding the layers of product vision, technical leadership, global operations expertise, and delivery rigour required to support the platform infrastructure that modern ETF markets depend on.
Because when you're managing PCF calculations for thousands of ETFs and processing billions in create/redeem transactions, having the right people in the right roles isn't optional – it's essential infrastructure.
