Following on from the recent AWS S3 incident (which did not impact us, as we are not in the impacted region and all of our products are deployed across multiple region) we decided to take this opportunity to emphasize that the status of our 12 data centers will be fully visible to all our clients. In addition, we make all the events (info, warn and error) fully visible. This is currently implemented this over all the reference data loads and will be expanded across the index and ETF loads over the coming month.
This information will be directly accessible to our clients through an API, such that clients have real-time transparency such that they can create their own dashboards and report on the data flow/status.
