LUOKUNG wins Court Injunction
Luokung yesterday won the temporary restraining order that they had filed to enjoin the United States Government from enforcing the Executive Order 19359 restrictions.
The Company Motion for Temporary Restraining order ("TRO") with the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Columbia ("Court") was granted yesterday the 5th of May.
The complaint declared that Luokung's designation as a "Communist Chinese military company" ("CCMC") by the Department of Defense ("DoD"), and the restrictions associated with that designation under Executive Order 13959 (or "EO 13959") signed by former President Trump, are unlawful, in the same way that they Xiaomi restrictions have also been temporarily restrained.
