Betashares has launched an actively managed ETF based on Australian Small Cap, that has a performance fee of 15.5% for performance above the S&P/ASX Small.
Comstage has seemingly merged and delisted the swiss listed MSCI USA Large Cap (LU0392495882,) into the S&P 500 (LU0488316133,) apparently due to 871m, the announcement is available here
