LONDON/SINGAPORE, 23 March 2026 – Ultumus, a SIX company specialising in ETF and index infrastructure technology, today announced the appointment of Cecilia Chan as Head of Business Development – Asia, effective 1 April 2026. Based in Hong Kong, Cecilia will lead the company's business development strategy across Asia, focusing on expanding Ultumus' reach across the ETF and index infrastructure ecosystem.
Cecilia brings extensive experience in sales and business development across APAC financial markets, with a proven track record of delivering results in competitive environments. Throughout her career with leading financial industry vendors including LSEG and ECI, she has developed deep expertise in financial data platforms and multi-asset solutions, working with international banks, hedge funds, and asset managers from enterprise-scale institutions to emerging fund managers.
Her appointment comes as Asian markets experience accelerating ETF adoption, with asset managers increasingly seeking robust infrastructure to support ETF launches and operations across diverse regulatory environments including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and emerging markets.
